2 chicken strips & baked potato
1/2 loaf of bread
15 laps (run 3 walk 1)
Day 7
2 cups of coffee
3 laps running
Teriyaki chicken with brown rice
20 almonds (snack)
12 laps in 30 mins
10 sets of sprints 15 ft.
Chicken beans avocado & white rice
99 oz of water
Mango orange juice smoothie
48 day till my 21st birthday.
Right now I’m at 19% body fat.
I weigh about 106 lbs.
Trying to get my weight to 100 lbs.
I’m 5’1. Petite. Female.
Want to be clean and in tiptop shape for my birthday.
My daily run is 2-5 miles a day.
Have had a hard time losing the last couple lbs and can’t wait to show the world my progress
